Surrounded by meadows and forests in a beautiful valley...the idyllically situated village of Allemühl in the "Little Odenwald" is sung about in a local song.

The place name itself indicates that the village originated from a mill settlement. In fact, there were once seven mills here, and in 2000 the idea was born to create a marked circular hiking trail around Allemühl to provide a "valley view" of the beautiful Dörflein from all four points of the compass during a relaxing hike.

With the help of the municipality of Schönbrunn and the support of the Neckartal-Odenwald Nature Park, this truly impressive measure was soon put into practice. Get to know Allemühl from all sides, follow the marked paths through the forest, across meadows, along the stream and treat yourself to a few contemplative moments in the great outdoors.

There are benches at all four specially marked viewpoints (North: August-Rumm-Gedächtnis-Ruh (A), East: Waldrand Großer Heiserberg (B), South: Waldrand Kleiner Heiserberg (C), West: Waldrand Zollerwald (D)).
