Tour route: Bad Rappenau - Hohenstadt - Bad Wimpfen - Bad Rappenau

The circular route begins in Bad Rappenau. First, the 8.3 km route leads to the historic brine extraction facilities. At the barbecue hut, take the paved agricultural road to the left. Cross the railroad bridge and continue half right.

In Hohenstadt, walk along the main road and then turn into Färberstraße. You reach the railroad line. Before the tracks, turn left onto the footpath. After the tunnel, turn left. Finally you reach the "Fleckinger Mühle". Now walk around the Fleckinger Mühle and you will reach a paved agricultural road (Seniorenweg). The path ends on the K2038 road.

Turn left briefly onto the footpath next to the road. Here you can take a detour into the beautiful old town of Bad Wimpfen or return directly to the starting point of the hike. To do this, cross the road at the bend and keep right to reach the Erbachsee lake.

Follow this path in a westerly direction. We walk to the right along the edge of the forest along Weinbrennerstraße, which leads to the starting point, the parking lot at the graduation house.
