This mountain bike tour starts in Wilhelmsfeld and takes you via Schönau, past the Teltschikturm and back to Wilhelmsfeld. It is exactly the right choice if you want to experience the landscape of the Vorderer Odenwald in all its facets.

After just a few meters, you will be rewarded with gigantic views as far as the Palatinate Forest and the Black Forest. Via Oberflockenbach, you reach the idyllic Haundeltal valley - one of the most beautiful and unspoilt valleys in the Odenwald.

The route continues via Wünschmichelbach, through the Gängelbach and Erlenbach valleys to the Weinheim forest swimming pool. A steep climb then awaits on the Wachenberg, where a detour to Wachenburg Castle is definitely worthwhile. The descent takes you into the Birkenau valley before the last big climb of the tour leads up to the Hirschkopf.

From there, you roll down into Weinheim town center - perfect for an enjoyable stop. Strengthened, you master the short final ascent and finally return to the starting point in Wilhelmsfeld.
