This mountain bike tour takes you from Neckargemünd over the Heiligenberg to the Königstuhl and back to Neckargemünd - a sporty tour for ambitious bikers with around 10% singletrack and numerous cultural and scenic highlights.

From the starting point, you first roll through the historic old town of Neckargemünd to Kleingemünd. A steep climb then takes you along the hillside towards Heidelberg-Ziegelhausen - with wonderful views of the Neckar valley.

The route continues steeply uphill to the Köpfel leisure center and via the Sengesselloch up to the Weißer Stein, where you can stop for refreshments. A narrow path then leads you to Zollstock and on to Heiligenberg. From here, a former hiking trail winds its way down to Heidelberg‘s old town, which welcomes you with cultural and gastronomic highlights.

A steep climb into the Rohrbach forest then awaits. A very long single trail takes you to the Blockhaus and finally uphill to the Königstuhl. The impressive sea of rocks is followed by a rapid descent back to Neckargemünd, where the local restaurants invite you to enjoy a well-deserved final stop.
