This mountain bike tour leads from Hardheim to the Wolfstrail.

Your tour starts on Hardheim‘s Schlossplatz square - in the middle of historic surroundings and with plenty of parking spaces. From here, you first cycle slightly uphill out of Hardheim into the fields - perfect for rolling in.

The trail fun begins at the Wolfsgrubenhütte with the Wolf Trail. It is divided into three sections, each of which increases in difficulty. The route then climbs uphill on paved forest paths, past the Hubertushütte, to the start of the Margarethen Trail.

The first section of this trail is flowing and easy, while the second is much more challenging - steep, technical and crisp. Just a few meters further on, the connecting trail to the road to Miltenberg awaits. This old way back brings you more relaxed downhill fun in beautiful surroundings.

At the end, you will reach the large lay-by on the L521 between Hardheim and Miltenberg. After crossing the road (approx. 50 m away), ride down to Erfa via a parking lot. There you will come to the Mühlenradweg (mill cycle path), on which you can enjoy a relaxed and scenic ride back to Hardheim.
