The Odenwald Limes runs almost 80 km west of the Upper German-Raetian Limes - from Obernburg am Main to Neckarzimmern am Neckar. The western Limes hiking trail takes you along this historic line.

The approximately 86-kilometre hiking trail along the Odenwald Limes begins in Wörth am Main. You reach Hesselbach via Lützelbach, Eulbach and Würzberg. From there, you continue via Mudau, Limbach and Fahrenbach to Neckarburken. Your destination is Neckarzimmern am Neckar.
