This hiking trail takes you from Aschaffenburg right through the Odenwald, across the Neckar near Hirschhorn to Speyer.

Your starting point is the train station in Aschaffenburg, where beautiful parks and numerous festivals invite you to linger. From there, you hike to Mosbach - a district of Schaafheim - and on to Heubach in the Hessian Odenwald. Passing the Otzberg fortress, the route continues to Hassenroth.

The trail continues to the state-approved climatic health resort and Kneipp spa Gras-Ellenbach. Via Brombach, you hike to Hirschhorn, where you cross the Neckar. The route then takes you up to Dilsberg and back down to Neckargemünd.

You reach Leimen via Waldhilsbach and Gaiberg. From there, the route takes you via Nußloch and Hockenheim to the end point in Speyer.
